Short Description

The ISO5125I is a single-channel insulated DC/DC converter suitable as a power supply for 3.3kv, 4.5kV and 6.5kV IGBT drivers. Its output power of 5W enables switching frequencies up to 5kHz for 6.5kV/750A IGBTs. The ISO5125I complements the 1SP0335 SCALE-2 high-voltage IGBT drivers.

The ISO5125I DC/DC series of converters is offered for various insulation voltages. It thus covers the complete range of 3.4kV to 6.5kV IGBT applications from 2-level to multi-level topologies.

Outstanding features of the ISO5125I DC/DC series of converters include a long creepage distance of 60mm, an extremely low coupling capacitance of 4pF and an extremely reliable circuit technology in a rugged package for simple and vibration-proof mounting.
