The 2SC0108T, a low-cost ultra-compact SCALE-2 dual-driver core
The 2SC0108T is the most compact driver core available for industrial applications. It combines ultra-compact dimensions with broad applicability with simultaneously lower costs. The 2SC0108T supplies 8A and 1W per channel and drives all usual IGBT modules up to 600A/1200V or 450A/1700V. The driver supports intelligent paralleling.
The 2SC0650P, an ultra-flat SCALE-2 high-performance dual-driver core in planar-transformer technology
The new 2SC0650P driver core combines maximum power density with broad applicability. The driver is designed for high-power and high-frequency applications requiring highest reliability. It supplies 50A and 6W per channel and is suitable for IGBTs with reverse voltages of up to 1700V. It also offers a dedicated MOSFET mode. Its embedded parallel-connection capability allows the simple and universal design of converters in all power classes.
The 2SD300C17, a low-cost and high-quality second source to Infineon's 2ED300C17-S
The new SCALE-2 dual-driver core 2SD300C17 is fully pin and function- compatible to the 2ED300C17-S and was designed for applications in which high reliability is expected.
