CONCEPT has been manufacturing drivers for IGBTs and power MOSFETs for over 20 years.
Practically all the designs of the early years have now been replaced by products of the first or second SCALE generation – with the exception of the drivers of the IGD515 series.
Both products of this series, the IGD515EI and IGD515EI-34, are highly reliable single-channel universal driver cores with fiber-optic interfaces, suitable for driving high-power and high-voltage IGBTs from 1200V to 3300V. This product series has been manufactured from 1996 to the present in large volumes for use in numerous demanding applications.
